Support staff vacancies exist in the following positions for the Summer Day Camp to be held at the Choconut Valley Elementary School from July 9 through August 9, 2012: FOUR SPECIALIST SUMMER CAMP COUNSELORS - High School diploma required; Specialists in the following areas: writing, sports and recreation, arts and crafts, and technology. 8:30 to 3:30 Mon thru Thurs $12.00 per hour. SEVEN GENERAL SUMMER CAMP COUNSELORS - High School diploma required; Responsibilities include supervising and caring for campers throughout the day, aiding in instruction, creating and engaging in fun, hands-on math and reading activities, and helping with daily camp activities; 8:30 to 3:30 Mon thru Thurs $10.00 per hour.

Professional vacancies exist in the following positions for the Summer Day Camp to be held at the Choconut Valley Elementary School from July 9 through August 9, 2012: SUMMER CAMP READING TEACHER - PA teaching certification required; Responsibilities include planning differentiated reading instruction and activities for students in grades K-5. Teacher will be responsible for collecting DIBELS data for all students. 8:30 to 3:30 Mon thru Thurs $29.08 per hour. SUMMER CAMP NURSE - PA registered nurse license required; Responsibilities include dispensing medications, providing first aid and helping with the daily activities of camp. 9:00 to 3:00 Mon thru Thurs $29.08 per hour.
